In October 2011 Cory Environmental held a Public Exhibition on the progress with creating the Lyme & Wood Pits Country Park, proposals to complete the restoration of Lyme & Wood landfill site and plans for a new Visitor Centre at Vista Road, Haydock.

The exhibition was held on Thursday 27 October at Haydock Cricket Club, Piele Road, Haydock, and on Saturday 29 October, at Crownway Community Centre, Crown Street, Earlestown, Newton-le-Willows. For full details please click here for the Invitation Letter.
